Why no information about water capacity?

Cowichan Bay – Referring to Barry Dixon’s comment regarding water, when the mill in 1956 applied for a water removal licence, the population of the Valley was about two-thirds of what it is today.

To the best of my knowledge no developer has been asked to ensure that all buildings that they have had built, (since that time) shall have water economy systems installed.

To the best of my knowledge, Crofton has been on a water conservation mode for a few years! They should be asked, too, what a calculated amount has totalled.

As for the Lake residents, where their property frontage on the lake shore is, it is due to the weir built for the pulp mill’s water flow.

More yet, the government paid for people to measure and analyze the Valley’s water capacity; I have not seen any description so far, why? More government bureaucracy?
