Couple more days of sun, before getting into potential snow territory. Heavy congestion past Port Mann

Good morning! It was a partly cloudy start to the day at -3 C, and -7 with the windchill, as of 7 a.m., and the Environment Canada weather service tells us we’ve got 71 per cent humidity and 8 km/h winds from the northeast.

We can expect to see more sun today, according to Environment Canada, with a high of 5 C and a low of -2 C overnight. Friday’s looking mainly sunny with a high of 4, before dipping to a low of -1 C overnight with a 70 per cent chance of flurries.

After that, we’re looking at more clouds and precipitation, with a 70 per cent chance of rain showers or flurries Saturday through the day and periods of rain overnight, with a high of 3 C and a low of 0 C.

And we’re looking at everything from a chance of showers to rain from Sunday to Wednesday, with highs ranging from 3 to 6 C, lows from 1 to 3 C.

Currently, visibility is 48 kilometres.

On clear roads and driving at the speed limit, a drive from the Abbotsford News building to Downtown Vancouver would take 50 minutes.
