Good morning! It was a mostly cloudy start to the day at 13 C as of 7 a.m., and the Environment Canada weather service tells us we’ve got 90 per cent humidity and 21 km/h winds from the south-southwest.
We’re expected to see a bit of sun today, but with a 30 per cent chance of showers and a risk of thunderstorms this mornin, with a high of 15 C and a low of 10 C.
We’ve got a 40 per cent chance of showers overnight, but tomorrow looks like we’re back to the usual — rain through the day and night and a high of 11 C, dropping to a low of 9 C overnight.
And the precipitation is expected to stick around at least until next Wednesday, albeit with a touch of sun on Sunday, with each day forecast to see periods of rain or a chance of showers. Highs between 8 and 12 C and lows dropping from 8 C on Sunday to 4 C on Wednesday.
Currently, visibility is 16 kilometres.
On clear roads and driving at the speed limit, a drive from the Abbotsford News building to Downtown Vancouver would take 50 minutes.
