Zoning is going to be the talk of town next month.
“We’re in the process of updating our Zoning Bylaw and we want to hear from you!” according to a City of Chilliwack notice about the review process.
But wait. What is zoning exactly? Typically a zoning bylaw maps out the municipal rules of how land is used; where buildings, structures and parking can be located; and the size of buildings, structures and lots.
Join city staff, consultants, and citizens on February 11 at Evergreen Hall for an Open House to talk about how the zoning bylaw might change.
