It is with great sadness that I announce the passing of my sister, Elizabeth Olea Nelson, age 67, on November 20, 2023, after more than 5 weeks in the North Island Hospital Comox Valley. It has been a rough year for Liz since her diagnosis of liver disease back in February.
Loved and missed by many friends and family members. Predeceased by her beloved and beautiful daughter Jessica. We take comfort in believing they are once again together.
An informal gathering of family and friends will take place on Saturday, December 9, 2023, at the clubhouse in her complex at 3pm, 4714 Muir Road, Courtenay, BC.
