With broken hearts the family of Thomas Shields announce his sudden passing on July 5, 2023.
Tom was born in Glasgow, Scotland and emigrated to Canada at age 6.
In 1972 he and his wife Lynn moved to Pitt Meadows where they raised their three children, Mike, Christine and Scott.
Tom spent many years as a local hockey and baseball coach. He was also an avid gardener and excellent cook.
He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren and extended family.
