I think Colwood, Langford, View Royal and Highlands should merge – get rid of three municipal offices and get on with running our little corner of the Capital Region with one mayor and council.
While I agree with Langford Mayor Stew Young’s assessment of the current situation, I think the root cause is too many municipalities.
