Re: Councillors identify top priorities, June 9.
Your story is all about money: Ours. If Diane Brennan and other councillors want an achievement to boast about this term it should be about keeping taxes low.
A boathouse is not a need, it is a want. If backers want, they must buy property themselves, build the structure themselves and operate it with their own money. Forget grants from government taxpayers the wanters keep wanting.
