Scrabble! The first game of the season is on Oct. 5, at 7 p.m. at the Library.

Something to put on your calendar: the Glenwood Womens’ Institute Bazaar at the Glenwood Hall will be October 22 from noon to 3 p.m. Crafts, bake table, flea market items. If you would like a table to sell your treasures call 250-847-4797.

Adults’ Activity Day: Sept. 24, 9 a.m. to noon at St. Joseph’s. Check out what is available in our community to help you get through the long winter months, either playing scrabble, cards, darts, bowling, getting healthy with yoga, exercise, volunteering for a project, group.
