What a fabulous result you folks achieved on June 5 in 100 Mile House.
Those hard hit residents who have considerable losses that are unrecoverable through any provincial program or through insurance, will benefit greatly from your hard work and dedication.
Sorry I was unable to be there.
Please pass on our sincere appreciation to all who participated in the event.
As far as material items go, to the best of my knowledge, I haven’t heard of significant shortages. We have received many articles of clothing and other items that have been donated at the recovery centre, many of which seem destined for the thrift store following the winding down of the recovery centre.
