Well, I see by the Channel Parkway there is nothing but blood splatter and carnage. Some motorists, it would appear, have come up with a brilliant solution to cull the town’s deer population. Very effective but a little extreme and costly to ICBC.
My observation, and anyone else’s for that matter, would probably suggest it’s a tad overkill.
Thursday’s drive to the amusement park was a little traumatic for my grandchildren and wife. We were presented with a blood bath on the blacktop pavement in the aftermath of slaughter.
It’s not a very cost-efficient way to rid us of these dangerous beasts that we are plagued with. In my opinion, somebody got carried away with this unpleasant job.
Now, please can the highways crews hose down the road, after each impact?
As of late, driving the Channel Parkway is not a thing to do for the faint-hearted. So now you hunters can hang up your rifles and bows, and save your ammo, by using the “pedal to the metal” fender bender method. No tags or permits required. Just a valid driver’s licence. Keep up the good work and successful hunting.
