To the editor:
With all the rhetoric over city hall department head salaries including Kelowna and West Kelowna, my guess is that if we got rid of all the grossly overpaid department heads there would be lineups of highly qualified professionals, including the current employees, ready to take over those cushy positions at half to 2/3 the current salary packages.
So what’s preventing us from doing that?
