The Cancer DriveLine Society is a non-profit registered charity which is 100 per cent volunteer run. We provide free transport for anyone in lower Vancouver Island Sidney to Sooke who needs a ride for any cancer-related medical appointment. We recently lost our Media & Marketing Board member and are eagerly seeking someone who is organized and enthusiastic and has some interest/experience in fundraising. This person would volunteer from home, write the occasional press release, develop a network of funding organizations and submit applications for funding. If you have an interest our Facebook page and Instagram hopping, you could do that to. Time requirement would be whatever you could manage from home to keep our fundraising going.
