Cost for not using smart meter is extortion

I see the B.C. Utilities Commission has turned a blind eye and approved the Fortis BC application

To the Editor:

I see the B.C.Liberal Utilities Commission, oh sorry the B.C. Utilities Commission has turned a blind eye and approved the Fortis BC application for opt-out fees for their Smart meters.

Now this means that if you get a smart meter you can have the Wi-Fi transmitter turned off.

This transmitter is what emits the harmful radiation pulse all day.

So they are saying if you pay us a fee we will not harm you, isn’t that extortion in every sense of the word?

Stay tuned, thanks.
