To the Editor,
I can’t help but wonder why they can’t take out the top two dams and reinforce the bottom one. Add hydro-electric power while they’re at it.
Next, the increasing demand for power could be solved by putting wind-powered generators on Mt. Benson and a turbine in Dodd Narrows.
