Lest we forget, it was only last August 30 when a self-adulating column ran in this paper under the heading, “Guidelines exist for foreign workers” and boldly asserted, “The program has always been closely monitored and very few abuses have been found.”
How diligently do we suppose this person was looking?
We also note the same politician who wrote those words recently announced he will not run for re-election as MP in 2015, preferring to cash in his government pension chips rather than campaign on his less than accurate record.
