Creston Gleaners needs tiered pricing based on income

With the concern regarding Gleaners and similar organizations being a source of “shopping for profit” issues, these societies may need a two-tiered pricing arrangement, with increased pricing of most items and membership discount cards for the casual shopper or low-income clients. In this manner, Gleaners can compete price-wise with the for-profit secondhand businesses, and still offer a bargain where needed.

Thrift Store shopping seems to have become the new fad with the influx of reality TV shows like Canadian Pickers, and has been wonderful for the charities they support.
