Before proceeding with changing the posted speed limits from 50 to 40 km/h, an inquiry into the cost of changing all the signage should be considered.
As ballooning tax hikes are imminent with the new sewage project, paying more for this project as a taxpayer does not interest me. You can set the speed limit at whatever you want and if there isn’t proper enforcement nothing will change. The problem begins with enforcement and will end there.
