Engagement on forest reserve should be narrowed

I would like to encourage my fellow MNC taxpayers to help narrow the Lees & Associates focus re public engagement on the future of the municipal forest reserve to taxpayers engagement on the future of the municipal forest reserve.

Because MNC Parks, Forestry and Recreation are linked together as one department, the engagement process that Lees & Associates is now being contracted to undertake replicates the engagement process that MNC hired Stantec to do in 2017.

I have started an outline of an MNC peoples engagement hierarchy list to help clarify who are the people that most need to be the focus of the present engagement.

Stantec had a global focus asking wide ranging questions for its survey. I suggest that now it’s the MNC taxpayers’ turn. Lees & Associates, for the present engagement, ought to focus on surveying the MNC taxpayers with respect to the specific divisive issues that so soon brought about another expensive MFR engagement contract.

MNC Peoples Engagement Hierarchy:

MNC Taxpayers (households) 10,500

MNC Electors 26,916

Hul’qumi’num Peoples within MNC 4076?

MNC Residents 30,949?

CVRD Residents 83,739

Canadian Citizens 37,766,893

?Public (world 7.8 billion) who are the “Public”?
