I would like to express my concerns about dog walkers in the area that may not have total control of their dogs. I am the biggest dog lover ever, but I am concerned about some things.
Do people know that a pack of dogs is considered more than one dog? That an unstable pack member will try to establish rank by attacking other dogs? Dogs who attack other dogs are more likely to attack people or even children.
My dog was attacked at Top Bridge, there were at least six dogs and two women. Thank God only four dogs had my dog pinned down and that she was able to run away. I went to the vet … $90 .. she is fine, just a limp.
I am sure these women were not prepared for this to happen. I am just hoping they will take action to make sure that this will not happen to another dog or possibly a person or child.
Consider taking out the aggressive dog, or walking fewer dogs.
