The City of Vernon must show good faith to the merchants on 30th Avenue by creating a free parking zone bounded by 33rd Avenue to the north, 27th Avenue to the south, 31st Street to the east and 35th Street to the west.
This zone should remain for one month after construction on 30th Avenue is complete.
This will remove the predatory parking patrol from the area.
