No one can convince me that we are not being gouged at the pumps in the Cowichan Valley when we don’t pay transit tax and Victoria charges the same price and even Winnipeg is 20 cents less. Don’t let the lack of production fool you. It’s all smoke and mirrors. But then again the Conservatives have made us all used to that.
