I was diagnosed with breast cancer in the early fall. It was devastating news.
After months of tests and anxiety, I was admitted to the Polson tower for surgery.
It only took a short time to remove the cancer and it had not spread. It was the best Christmas present ever. I was home the same day.
The cancer was found in a very early stage from a mammogram. I was treated with dignity, respect and care from all medical staff involved in my case.
Please help light the tree on top of the hospital. There are memories for so many on the tree.
Thank you to all medical staff and volunteers from a very grateful patient.
Have a happy new year.
