Has it come to your attention just how much grey hair there is in this town?
The reason for this phenomenon is that the “baby boomers” born during the years following the second World War are now reaching retirement age. Many people in this age demographic have made Vancouver Island their retirement home. What does this mean for Campbell River? What will be the impact of this demographic on real estate prices, social services, and general quality of life for newcomers and those already living here.
