Hostile sales tax

This tax reduces the buying power of consumers by $1.9 billion per year and shifts corporate taxes to consumers to pay.

How is this good for the economy?

The C.D. Howe think tank concluded the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) would be detrimental to the B.C. economy for five to 10 years, “maybe longer.”

The HST is a prime example of how government greed and corporate greed work together to screw us taxpayers.

Another example is gasoline at $6 per gallon.

Unfortunately, we can not do anything about the price of gasoline, but we can get rid of the HST by voting “Yes.”
