A big loud “boo” to the elderly lady who was walking her unleashed, white dog at the Parksville beach Thursday morning, Oct. 26.
When aware that the City of Parksville compliance officer was driving towards her, she quickly leashed her dog. When the officer left the area, she then unleashed the dog.
