I don’t usually rely on the kindness of strangers, but when it’s needed, it is heartwarming to know that there are generous people willing to help.
On May 3, a friend and I were leaving The Bay when I stepped off the sidewalk and fell.
A lady came over immediately and helped my friend get me to my car.
I was in shock and did not get her name, but I thank her from the bottom of my heart.
She stepped in without being asked and did what was needed.
My foot had broken and without her help, it would have been an even more difficult situation.
