Surprise, surprise. The Capital Regional District is once again caught between a rock and a hard spot.
Instead of ensuring it had a place to dispose of the kitchen waste, before initiating the pick-up stage, the CRD has once again put the cart before the horse.
What is this going to cost the taxpayer, now and in the future?
The CRD continues to rely on taxpayers to bail them out.
How many times must the public take this before demanding a change within the CRD infrastructure?
I hope it’s before we are all broke.
