The off-leash dog park makes good sense. I am all for it, and I would even go as far as to propose an off-leash dog playground — why not give them a simple water spray for hot days of summer and maybe something on a pole that dogs can chase, a tunnel, sand trap and trail to amuse and challenge them for a fun workout.
The use of old tires, barrels and inexpensive materials are available I’m sure. Maybe even holding dog related events down the road. Yes a good idea indeed.
