Editor, The Times:
I am very proud to say that I have been fighting this HST and also this low life government, intent on giving our province away.
The government of B.C. spent $5 million on their stick man add to convince Joe Lunchbox that the HST was good for us?
Crispy crunch, our new Premier, said we would be on a level playing field and both the YES and the NO would have $250,000 to show their side of the issue. She also said she would not give any new rebates as this would just be seen as a bribe to the people.
Nothing new here, she misled us on both cases. We have been bribed with a one-time check for $175, and also she spent over $5 million on her side of the HST, OUR money folks. So our biggest ad on the YES side was the blue and white YES signs placed throughout the towns and cities. BUT! In my case some low ball, vile, sneaky and a few words I cannot put in here, thief in the night stole all my signs. I say thief, as that is what this person is. No better than any other thief, regardless if you are rich or poor, you are still a thief. You are below contempt and if you did this to anger me or others who feel as I do, you have succeeded. I am angry and I hope this just makes the readers angry to see to what extent these people will go to get their own way. Whoever did this crawls with snakes, which is how low I believe this or these persons to be. No balls, no up front in plain sight, just plain sneak around in the dark thieves. I got permission from the highways and those who maintain the median by the Safety Mart, so these signs were legal.
