I would very much like to let everyone know how impressed I am with the delicious and healthy meals offered to seniors at the May Bennett Wellness Centre, located at 135 Davie Rd. in Rutland near Highway 33.
These high quality meals are prepared by two experienced chefs, Rob and Chris. The portions are very generous and they both look and taste delicious.
The cost of a meal is only $7.50 for seniors and includes soup, salad, main entree and a dessert. Included in the cost is mid-day meal delivery Monday through Friday for seniors not living at the wellness centre.
I invite and encourage all seniors to try these excellent prepared meals.
