I understand that the council is looking at the grow operations of cannabis specifically in concrete facilities on agricultural land.
I highly endorse restrictions on such operations on agricultural land. This is not the place.
Each time I drive by that unsightly concrete bunker off the Pat Bay Highway, I am bewildered at how on earth this thing got the go ahead. It is clearly an industrial operation.
What a desecration of the soil and what an insult to the farming community.
