LETTER: Limit needed on ALR homes

I think Saanich should place a limit on the size of homes built on land in the Agriculture Land Reserve. Once a large house, outbuildings, long driveway, etc. are built on the land it can never be turned back to farmland.

I wonder how many “fake” hobby farms circumvent the rules and destroy land that is supposed to be reserved for food crops?
