Mayor Jakubeit said, in the local press, “We all have the best of intentions when it comes to moving our city forward.”
I’m pretty sure most Penticton residents and businesses would prefer sound financial accountability, transparency and observance of the rules used while making decisions.
The road to hell is said to be paved with good intentions, that road seems to go down the center of town and cost us $4 million.
