He visited Rossland and gave a concert in the Mine Mill Hall (Miners’ Hall) in the late 1950s (’57 or ’58?). I lived right across the street so it was quite something to go over to see and hear Pete Seeger! At the end of the program he asked for requests. What a thrill.
