Council Monday continued the process of removing references to the Environmental Development Permit Area (EDPA) bylaw from Saanich's books.
One thing that Richard Atwell stated with absolute clarity was that slates have "....devastated municipal politics," when he was running for Saanich mayor the last go around, only four years ago. Now he is running a slate - determined I suppose, to ensure that municipal politics in Saanich remain "devastated."
