During the past few months we have attended different events in Grand Forks, including July 1st celebrations, Park in the Park, Grand Forks Fall Fair, Harvest Festival, and Border Bruins games.
All were over-the-top enjoyable and only possible because of the hard work of volunteers.
We are so proud of our community and thankful to all these amazing volunteers.
To others in Grand Forks—please support these events. A few work so hard for the rest of us to enjoy a day or evening out. Never let it be said that “there is nothing to do” in Grand Forks.
In addition, City Park is looking amazing and has all summer. It is so great to see it being used to its potential. The new playground will be wonderful, the spray park (thank you Rotary Club) was such a great addition and we are thrilled to have family and friends visit to share it with. The city is working hard—the hanging baskets, lights on Market, sweeping the streets regularly, open houses—all make this a great place to call home. Thank you.
Again, I am very proud to live in Grand Forks and I see only a bright future for this community.
