Letter: The passing of a U.S. hero

The passing of U.S. hero Senator McCain might shame the waddlers into cleaning up their act

Were the sombre, eulogizing U.S. lawmakers surrounding the late U.S. Sen. John McCain (lying in state in the the U.S. Capital Rotunda) honourable, diligent thinkers and doers for their nation and mankind?

Or, by their works, are the lawmakers exposed as stagnant, self-preserving, purchased hypocrites waddling in their own self created neck deep mud puddle?

Think even the passing of a U.S. national hero as Sen. McCain might shame the waddlers into cleaning up their act by first getting scrubbed down by a barn broom while sitting in a genuine-round Saskatchewan galvanized tub full of snow water?
