Re: Vancouver Island B.C. Ferries routes down 92% compared to last Easter after capacity reduced, April 13.
I don’t think B.C. Health Minister Adrian Dix realized what he said during Monday’s update.
In an effort to downplay the number of people travelling to the Island, he compared 2020 to 2019. By doing that he admitted 14,633 people did not stay home.
14,633 is a number that is just not acceptable to Islanders. It is an insult and we have every right to be upset.
