Re: Waiting for better service, Aug. 17 letters.

I would like to include an addendum to my letter published last week.

In defence of TransLink, I received a prompt response to my letter.

I felt listened to and encourage others that have issues with our transit service to take time to let the “powers that be” know your concerns. They do listen and “customer feedback is one of the sources of information that guides planning, resulting in transit service changes that benefit all.”

Since my letter appeared in your paper, I have received lots of positive feedback supporting my position that I am not the only person feeling frustrated by limited transit service after 11 p.m.

In closing, I would like to appeal to those that have issues to take the time to address them through the proper channels provided to you.
