Justice delayed is justice denied – how true. Especially since judges in their great (non) wisdom are dismissing cases due to length of time. This has created a huge hole in our legal system allowing lawyers to delay over and over, pleading precedence to have matters dismissed, thus further eroding whatever justice remains in our legal system.
I have grave doubts that justice will prevail in the matter of Hudson Brooks.
