I think if Mr. Samuel reviewed more current research on the transmission of COVID-19, he would come to the understanding that most cases appear to be from close contact over time in an enclosed environment.

In fact, the risk of contracting COVID-19 from a passerby outdoors (regardless of whether they are running, biking or walking) even within six feet, can be considered “negligible” or “infinitesimally small.”
