Have you noticed that even though the promenade is closed from Maple Street to the pier, and there isn’t one usable crossing over the tracks, trains continue to sound their horns at all times day and night? I am wondering why.
Is it possible to advise the railroad companies that, at present, no one is in any danger on that section of the tracks and perhaps they could discontinue sounding the warning horn and give us all a little quiet time?
