Murder is still murder, one should pay penalty
No one can be convicted for murder anymore. As anyone that kills with intent is mentally incompetent, crazy, therefore our laws say they cannot be responsible for their act.
I say that’s wrong and murder is murder, no excuses, drugs, drunk or crazy, you do the crime you are guilty and pay the penalty.
