I can’t understand why Esquimalt council and Bong Warehouse owner Ryan Place can’t reach a compromise agreement in the Great Bong Debate, simply by sprucing up the mascot’s image a bit.
For example, why not put Bong in a tuxedo and start calling him James Bong, Esquimalt special agent 420?
