To those who missed the Empty Bowls event I am sorry because for $15 you got a beautiful handmade bowl, at least six choices of delicious soup, stew, bread, butter, the chance to bid on silent auction items and great music — all for a good cause, Salvation Army. I hope it is a sell out next year because at this time of year the “needy” are very much in need.
