Re: Smart meter installation blocked, Jan. 19.
If we agree that no one should be forced to have a smart meter, then we can agree those who refuse should pay the extra costs incurred.
The meters will have to be read manually, so I suggest $1,000 annually for two years until a true cost can be determined.
People can have whatever they want as long as they are willing to pay for it.
