In response to Doug Dirk and the request by a local resident to swap a Friday for a Saturday to enable local residents who work during the week to play pickleball on a Saturday, I honestly do not see a problem.
The issues he raises ie noise and traffic are a non-issue in this instance. Saturday’s would not be a pickleball club day, purely a day for the odd person to put up their own net and play with friends and family.
I mean, really, what difference will a Saturday instead of a Friday make anyhow? Spend more time and money on a neighbourhood consultation? Why?
