Pit bulls, according to a police dog trainer I had discussion years ago, have an extremely hard bite, hard to break, and they grind, also tear like a shark.
Normally friendly, but they are like putting high voltage on a transistor radio — it will work better until it short circuits.
The brain of a pit bull short circuits when it feels threatened or challenged and goes into a fight and kill mode.
It was bred for dog fights.
To me it is like allowing open carry of an assault rifle in public. No owner can predict it’s actions.
