Patrick Nicol was very close to our hearts and held a special place in our lives for more years than we can remember.
He will always be with us and we miss him dearly.
Always a supporter of arts and culture, he helped us in so many ways, both as an individual and a professional.
We participated co-operatively in so many events over the years.
We also shared a love of sports (in particular, baseball), exchanged baseball cards and magazines and a love of music (Jimi Hendrix’s version of All Along the Watch Tower being a shared favourite).
Unfortunately, due to an unforeseen family emergency (of our own) we were not able to attend the celebration of Patrick’s life Feb. 3. but took time in our individual way (on that day, and on many more to come) to commemorate Patrick for the blessed human being that he was.
We extend our condolences to his family, friends and survivors.
Finally, to Patrick and his memory, we loved him more than mere words can express and will do so for as long as we have life in us. May you rest in peace dear Patrick.
